Helen and Marc DuboisBought a farm in Franschhoek, 2026
Pieter walked every boundary with us and explained the water rights before we asked. We moved onto the farm in March.
Sizwe NkosiSold in Stellenbosch, 2026
Sold in nineteen days, above asking. Nadia told us what to fix and what to leave alone.
Rajesh PillayBought a cottage in Franschhoek, 2026
Lock-up-and-go was the brief and Zanele found exactly that. She even arranged the garden service.

Market insights

Questions buyers ask us

Do water rights transfer with the farm?

Registered water use rights go with the land. We check the registration and the allocation before you make an offer.

Can I buy a wine farm as a foreign buyer?

Yes. Foreign buyers can own property in South Africa. We refer you to a conveyancer who handles the exchange-control steps.

What does a farm valuation include?

Land, buildings, vines and orchards, water, equipment and, where there is one, the cellar and brand.

How long does a sale take?

Most of our sales reach an accepted offer in about five weeks. Transfer takes eight to twelve weeks after that.
